1. Agreement
By accessing SpeedClaw you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
2. The service
SpeedClaw provides credit-metered AI tools for image, video, and audio creation (including Reel Studio and Before/After Studio). Features may change as we ship. Generations are routed through third-party model providers; availability and quality can vary.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email for magic-link sign-in and keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Credits, billing & refunds
Subscriptions and credit packs are billed through Polar.sh. Credits are held when a generation starts and settled or refunded when the job completes or fails. Free-tier outputs may include a watermark. Plan details are listed on Pricing.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use SpeedClaw for illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, harassment, fraud, or attempts to bypass safety systems. Portrait and avatar tools are for adult-consent use only. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content & outputs
You retain rights to prompts and assets you upload, and to outputs you generate, subject to model-provider terms and applicable law. Paid plans are intended for commercial use of your outputs; see plan descriptions. You grant SpeedClaw a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every generation will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeedClaw’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
