Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account email (for magic-link auth), billing identifiers from Polar, generation job metadata (tool, credits, timestamps), prompts and media URLs you submit, and standard server logs (IP, user agent) for reliability and abuse prevention.

2. How we use data

To sign you in, run generations, meter credits, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Processors we use

• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
• Resend — transactional magic-link email
• Polar.sh — subscriptions and credit packs
• fal.ai — model inference (prompts/media you submit)
• Neon/Postgres (when configured) — account, ledger, and job data
• Optional object storage (Vercel Blob or Cloudflare R2) for uploads/outputs

4. Retention

We keep account and ledger records while your account is active and as needed for billing disputes. You can request deletion via support@speedclaw.ai, subject to legal retention requirements.

Access or correct account details from Studio settings (as available), manage billing through Polar, or contact support. See also our Terms of Service.
